Using our staff’s expertise and applied research, we provide a range of evidence-based services, workshops and events aimed at supporting athletes, those working in physically demanding occupations and businesses. We can help you achieve your performance, health, research and wellbeing goals.  
Come and meet our team, experience our Human Performance Centre and Motion Capture Hub facilities, and learn more about our services in areas such as movement analysis, physiological fitness testing, sport and exercise psychology, performance psychology, strength and conditioning, nutrition and body composition, sport and exercise therapy, human-equipment interaction. 
This event is aimed at: 

– Individuals or teams in performance and health settings (from recreational to elite levels); 
– Individuals in physically-demanding occupations (for example, the fire service, the police service, the military, agricultural or factory workers). 
Activities will include live demonstrations, presentations, and themed discussions and insights led by practitioners, academics, and athletes.  
Refreshments will be provided.

We are located at the Human Performance Centre (Number 9 – Sports Centre on the Campus Map).

Campus parking is available after 5pm via the RingGo cashless parking system. Signage is in place on campus showing the RingGo location code.
