This clinic is open to members of the MAN v FAT Lincolnshire group. As members, you will pay a nominal fee of £15 for each appointment (45 minutes).
The clinics are led by third year students of the BSc in Sport and Exercise Therapy and students from the MSc Sports Therapy course. These clinics provide valuable ‘hands on’ experience to our students so when you book an appointment you are supporting their learning. Please be aware, you will be seen by a student Sports Therapist, however, the student will be supervised at all times by a qualified member of staff.
Our services include assessment of injuries, treatments for acute and chronic injuries, sports rehabilitation, return to play, and sports massage.
Whether you just need a sports massage to maintain your range of motion and feel more relaxed, or you’ve recently had an injury and need help returning to sport, we are here to help you. We can also look at more chronic conditions, if you’ve had an injury that has impacted your ability to play sports or perform your daily activities, we can devise a treatment plan to help you deal with it.
Occasionally, we might also need to refer you to another practitioner (e.g. GP or Orthopaedic Consultant) if we consider your injury/condition to be outside our scope of practice.

To book an appointment, please use the ‘BOOK AN APPOINTMENT’ link at the top of the page. The appointments have a duration of 45 minutes and the clinic is located in Think Tank (THT0003) (please see our Map below in ‘where are we located’).
Once you have booked, please ensure you make a payment to confirm your booking by visiting our online store using the link at the top of this page. On arrival at your appointment, the receipt of payment will be checked.
What to bring/wear?
- Please make sure you wear comfortable clothing and that the area you would like us to examine/treat is accessible. As an example, if you want us to assess or treat an area in your lower body, please bring a pair of shorts with you. You can get changed in our Clinic, before and after your appointment.
- We also ask you to bring the receipt of payment.
Where are we located?
The clinic is located in Think Tank (THT0003).
Our Think Tank Clinic is located at Number 21 on the Campus Map below. Please make your way to the Think Tank reception 5 minutes before your appointment and take a seat in the café area. We will pick you up and guide you to the relevant room.

When booking an appointment, it is advised that you create a customer profile, as this will allow you to manage your bookings effectively and cancel if needed. Please note that no cancellation or rescheduling is permitted within 24 hour(s) of the appointment time.
Once completed, you will receive a booking email and be directed to pay online via our University online shop (or follow our ‘pay for an appointment’ link at the top of this page.
Nearest Public Carpark
Please note, we currently cannot offer on Campus parking during working hours. The nearest Public Carparks can be located at B&Q, Morrisons or the St Marks shopping centre and may come with a small charge
