Our comprehensive testing package begins with an initial assessment, encompassing functional movement and body composition analyses. Subsequently, you can tailor the evaluation of your unique sporting demands and needs by selecting from a combination of three tests from the following options:
- One-Repetition Maximum (1RM) Testing:
- Choose from Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, or Clean. This test provides a measure of your maximal strength in these key lifts, offering valuable insights for tailored training programs.
- Rate of Force Production – Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull:
- Assess your ability to generate force rapidly with the Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull test. This is crucial for activities requiring explosive strength, such as sprinting and jumping.
- Plyometric Ability:
- Evaluate your ability to generate power and explosiveness through a selection of plyometric tests, including Counter Movement Jump, Broad Jump, Drop Jump, and Medicine Ball Throws. These tests help gauge your dynamic strength and reactive capabilities.
- Force-Velocity Profile:
- Understand the dynamic relationship between force and velocity with this profiling test. This analysis provides valuable insights into optimising your training program for improved power development and efficiency.
- Linear Velocity & Change of Direction:
- Measure your speed and change of direction ability with tests including 10m and 30m sprints, T-test, and 5.0.5. These assessments offer a comprehensive view of your linear velocity and change of direction capabilities, vital for various single and multi-directional sports.
By combining these assessments, we create a tailored profile of your functional capabilities.
