Physiological Assessments

Are you looking to assess your current fitness capabilities and optimise your performance? Our Physiological assessments allow athletes to assess their physical abilities as well as identify thresholds and key physiological markers to help optimise training for their specific event/sport. All assessments can be performed for running, cycling, rowing, kayak and swimming based modalities.

We also offer bespoke field-based assessments for individuals and teams that take place in a replicated environment. Tests will be discussed and selected based on the demands of your sport to provide data to inform monitoring, training prescription and/or rankings.
