We offer a range of sport and exercise psychology services to clients locally, nationally, and internationally. Our certified practitioners deliver support to individuals, teams, and organisations to enable them to not only perform better, but also to nurture their wellbeing.
To ensure the support meets the needs of client, we develop bespoke, evidence-based programmes of support based on initial and ongoing assessments. Services can be delivered in person or remotely (online). We deliver support via 1-2-1 consultations, group workshops, and immersion in real-world settings (e.g., observation, integration within performance environment, side-line).
Sport Psychology Services:
In sport, we provide support to athletes, coaches, teams, parents, medical staff, and the wider organisation of a sport environment (e.g., a football club) from grassroots to international level.
Typical areas that we provide support in include: Confidence, emotion regulation, concentration, teamwork, leadership, coach-athlete relationships, motivation, resilience, social support, transitions (e.g., into or out of sport environments), communication, coping, recovering from injury, mental wellbeing, enjoyment, life skills and performance lifestyle, pre-competition preparation, reflective practice, and mental health literacy.
Exercise Psychology Services:
Our exercise psychology services are designed to support exercisers, physical activity professionals, allied health professionals, community groups, and organisations who support people to be physically active. Topics that are often focused upon in this work include adherence to exercise, injury rehabilitation, behaviour change, and confidence.
